I offer various types of workshops for people that are interested in learning more about this amazing modality that can impact so profoundly on your dog. The difference I see with dogs that have fear and reactive behaviour needs to be seen to be believed. Some of these incorporate behaviour modification and the use of other natural modalieies. The various options are:
One and a half day Workshop. Tellington TTouch & Behaviour :

'Mini' TTouch Workshops - Tellington TTouch :
Duration: 3 hours.
These cater for between 1 - 3 dogs at a time only, and are designed for the owner that is experiencing problems in both the dog that has behaviour concerns or for the dog that has physical problems such as arthritis, HD etc.
They are also ideal for owners that just want to improve their relationship and bond with their own dog. These are available Monday through Saturday and are arranged with the individuals attending. They are 3 hours in duration and comprehensive notes are supplied. I stay in touch with you for a two week period after the session, to monitor progress and offer assistance. There is no additional charge for this.
Two Half Day Private Workshops : Tellington TTouch & Behaviour
Duration : 3 hours per session.
These are one-on-one sessions that incorporate TTouch and Behaviour Modification, as well as Meridian Massage and the use of Essential Oil (see notes on Essential Oils and Meridian Massage below). Comprehensive notes are supplied.I stay in touch with you for a two week period after our sessions to monitor progress and assist where necessary - there is no additional charge for this. Workshops are available Monday through Saturday and sessions are done at the owners convenience. The sessions are 7-10 days apart.
Private TTouch & Behaviour Workshops - 3 sessions - 12 days apart.
These are very comprehensive and are aimed at dogs that need that extra bit of help.I believe in bringing in all the tools possible to change behaviour, and where possible to use a non-invasive, natural way of doing so. If I feel the situation calls for Vet assistance, you will be asked to take the dog to your own vet. They consist of:-
Behaviour Modification
Here you will find out exactly why your dog does the things it does, and learn how to simply and easily, change the behaviour by bringing in changes based on positive reinforcement.
Tellington TTouch
To assist in reducing the dogs stress levels and teach it to 'think' rather than react instinctively. the TTouch combined with behaviour modification can bring about amazing changes. The owner is taught how to do the basic TTouches the dog needs.
Meridian Massage
Meridians are lines of energy that flow throughout the body. They connect organs, tissues, etc, in fact everything in the body. Not only do they impact at a physical level, they impact on emotions as well. A simple Meridian Massage can clear the stagnant energy and affect the dog both physically and emotionally, therefore assisting with both behaviour and physical problems.
Essential Oils.
Oils are not just something that smells nice! Proper 100% pure therapeutical essential oils have medicinal properties and if used correctly are wonderful tools to aid in both health and behaviour problems. None of the oils are ingested, they are applied topically and are specifically mixed for your own dogs needs. The mixture that you will use at home is included at no additional charge.
Comprehensive notes are supplied and I stay in touch with you for a two week period to monitor progress and assist if you are having any difficulties. No additional charge for this service.

One and a half day Workshop. Tellington TTouch & Behaviour :

- First session is a half day workshop, without dogs, focusing on learning about dogs Calming and Stress Signals and bringing in House Rules to assist you in changing your dog into a well behaved member of the family. We also cover basic problems such as Jumping Up, Lead Pulling and any specific behaviour problems the owner is experiencing. Fully comprehensive notes are provided. This section of the workshop takes place in the Lyndhurst area of J'burg. this takes place on a Sunday morning from 9.30a.m. - 1.00p.m.
- The second section is a full day workshop held in Benoni at the Wolfshaven Animal Sanctuary the following Sunday where you will be taught all the basic skills you will need. A maximum of 10 dogs are allowed to ensure that each and every person and dog, receives the attention they deserve. I have a team of TTouch assistants and behaviourists working with me.
- The dates for the next workshop will be confirmed early in 2013, and should be beginning of March.
- These workshops fill up very quickly, so if you are interested, rather put your name down in advance to secure your place.
