Method of Training
Positive re-inforcement / force free methods  only / lure and reward


Course Outline
  • Basic puppy training:  sit / say / lie down / come / walk along / look at me
  • Socialisation:  on and off leash (where appropriate)
  • Tellington Ttouch:  Bodywork and groundwork which provides body awareness and relaxation.
  • Written notes handed out at start of each course on puppy behaviour which includes toilet training, puppy biting and body language among others.  We also deal with the misconception of dominance and the pitfalls of punishment.

Duration of Course: 4 weeks with puppies, plus 1 evening prior to commencement of training with owners only

App Number of pups in class: No more than 6 puppies per class

Age of pups in class: Between 10 and 14 weeks at start of the course

About Our School
Our aim is to empower pet parents to understand natural puppy behaviour and teach them valuable life skills.  Our classes are small, ensuring individual attention for each puppy.  Emotional wellbeing of puppies is emphasized, and we focus on building effective communication between puppy and parent, resulting in a close bond of co-operation and mutual respect.  Socialization provided to strengthen social skills and confidence.

Lots of Ttouch incorporated at every lesson, to integrate physical, mental and emotional balance in puppies.
