Make sure you buy the policy of your own free will.
Please ensure that the information you have supplied in applying for the policy is correct and is in no way misleading or false or incomplete. You have the right of disclosure of all fees and premiums charged for the policy/insurance cover. Do not sign any blank or partially completed forms of any kind. Keep notes of what was said to you regarding this insurance policy. You are entitled to free copies of all the documentation related to this insurance policy. Most of the documentation including the policy wording is freely available on the website www.XXXXXXXX.xxxxxx You have the right to cancel the policy within (number) days of inception for whatever reason. Thereafter, you may cancel it giving (number) days’ notice as per Clause (number) of the policy. The policy/contract of insurance cannot be changed or cancelled unless you are timeously notified thereof in writing which may be done by email at the email address you have supplied in your application for the policy. Premiums are collected by debit order from the account you have detailed in your application for the policy. You must verify that the correct premiums are so debited. You have the right to be given the reasons for the repudiation of a claim in writing which may be done by email at the email address you have supplied in your application for the policy.
