Yes R900 Yes Yes Yes. Yes We do not place Airedale Terriers in homes with young children or non-canine pets under any circumstances. We do not home Airedales out of area as we need to oversee the introductions, along with a behaviour consultant who will follow up post adoption. Our new owners have to come to the sanctuary several times to bond with their dog in one-on-one situations. Depending on the other dogs in the family, we follow the introduction process recommended by our behaviour consultant, or the consultant the owners prefer to work with. To the fullest extent possible Access by email to a qualified behaviour consultant. No Should the need to foster arise we would be even stricter with regards to observation and assessment by a behaviour consultant. Definitely. It forms part of our adoption contract that the dog must be returned to us. |
